Hey, hormonal gals.

I am going to be tracking my own progress, goals, and, yes, struggles here every week–we’re in this together.
Improve mental clarity & energy– I want to avoid that midmorning & afternoon slump! This will allow me to put more energy into work annnnd into you guys (my favorite side hustle) without half-assing either or compromising my own sanity.
Stabilize those mood swings– I, like many of you, struggle with anxiety and in the past have struggled with depression. Mental health is SO serious and very closely linked with our hormonal balance! Having less anxiety will allow me to sleep better, stress less, have a healthier social life AND more pleasure in my everyday.
Live into my health potential– This means managing bloating, cramping, and body pain. Certain foods can create a lot of inflammation in our bodies, contributing to all of those symptoms. How amazing would it be to wake up every morning feeling confident, happy, and pain-free?? Someone let me know.
